Scorpion Nutrition is not responsible in any way for how you use the products. Delivery of our products is free to mainland UK. Orders to Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, or Uk coastal Islands incur a small fee of £2.99 due to extra shipping costs. Please see postcode list below.
All goods will be sent the next available working day from purchase and normally arrives within 3-5 working days. Any extension on delivery time may occur due to busy postal times or delays out of Scorpion Nutrition’s control. Goods will only be shipped to the billing address for security reasons. If you are a customer purchasing from another country, please contact us first for a delivery quote at firstname.lastname@example.org

Customers purchasing from outside the U.K are expected to be aware of the legality of certain supplements within their own country. Scorpion Nutrition will take no responsibility for goods that are held at customs / borders for this reason and shall only refund if the goods are returned to us.
We want our customers to be happy with the goods they bought, and our service. We will take back any faulty goods and exchange them for new, or refund you in full if the product has not been damaged or opened within a reasonable length of time. Please ensure goods are returned via recorded delivery to ensure it gets here safely, and enclose a note with the package to say when you bought it, and what your name, address and contact details are so we can find that transaction record.
Goods should be returned in original, unopened packaging.
If an order is returned to us due to customer error then a re-shipping fee of £6.99 is applicable. This is due to the cost of re-packing, and re-shipping that item. A refund of the item can be provided as an alternative, but the shipping cost will have to be taken out of this due to it being a cost we have incurred shipping the item out in the first place. If the error is ours, the item will be re-shipped at our cost.
On occassions due to high demands on supplements, a product may sell out. Due to the time it takes for the site to update, a purchase may take place in the cross over period. If this situation does occur then Scorpion Nutrition will contact the purchaser offering a full refund or at times, other options.
Also, if a product is marked as *Sold Out* customers should be aware that if they proceed to still purchase the product, monies will still be taken, however Scorpion Nutrition will refund the amount or if applicable, offer to send the item as soon as it is in stock.
